A beautiful light weight cotton made by the Hand block printing artisans in India.
Sanganeri is a hand-block printing technique originating from Sanganer, Rajasthan, India. These fabrics are printed by a traditional hand block printing method using carved designs wooden, or metal blocks dipped into the natural vegetable dyes of various colours. This is what makes Hand block printing unique.
As these fabrics are hand printed there can be some imperfections in the work, for example some extra amount of colour spilling out from the design etc. However, this adds to the character and beauty of the handmade products and make them unique and one of a kind.
