The Hudson pant is the piece of clothing that you will wear all of the time. It is comfortable enough to wear around the house, but can easily be dressed up to go run errands. The urban fit of these pants leaves a bit of extra room around the hips and then tapers into a skinny leg. View A is a full length pant and View B is midcalf.

This is a really stylish jogging pants pattern
I made mine with the navy French Terry and merchant and Mills ribbing (available here)
The only thing to note is read instructions carefully as they use white for wrong side and grey for right side (opposite of usual UK patterns)
True bias also have a good picture sew a long online which is helpful too
It is actually quite a simple pattern to follow and makes up really quickly
The only tricky bit is threading the drawstring through the middle waistband channel, but you can use can elastic threader device to make life easier
I have already cut out my second pair as these are so lovely to wear and think I will make even more!
