Terms and Conditions – Adult courses and workshops
Please note that, in registering to attend one of our classes, you will be agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will be pleased to discuss any queries.
Payment/Fees
Course/workshop/Event fees are payable in advance via The Studio at Number 30 website.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any courses, workshops or events that are cancelled so check your diary carefully to ensure that you are available to attend any workshops you are booking with us. Please note that there are no make-ups for missed sessions if the course/workshop is over more than one session.
In the unusual event that we need to cancel a workshop or class a full refund will be made or a place on a suitable course offered.
Courses/workshops will only run if there are sufficient numbers. If numbers are insufficient and the course/workshop/ Events does not go ahead, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
Health and Safety
You will be using needles, pins and other sharp objects, as well as (depending on your course) sewing machines, overlockers, irons and other items of electric equipment. All students undertake work at their own risk.
All students will be given relevant health and safety training before using any equipment and machines.
Any student using their own sewing machine/overlocker/iron or any other piece of equipment does so at their own risk.
Data protection
In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection) Act 2018 the information you provide to us will only be used for the purposes of The studio at number 30 and its day to day activities. Downloadable Products
Any workshops or course which include PDF downloads will be available to print from your account after completion of your purchase and for 30 days after your initial purchase.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable, either in full or part, for any product on our website including courses, workshops and events. They are valid for 1 year after the purchase date.
